Captain Beth Powell is a Jamaican-born commercial airline pilot, author, producer, and founder of Queen B Productions. At just 21, she became the second Black female Captain at American Eagle and now flies as a Captain at American Airlines. 

A passionate advocate for diversity in aviation, she co-authored Queen of the Skies and directed the documentary Discovering Bessie Coleman. Through her platform Ladyav8rbeth, Beth mentors aspiring aviators and uses storytelling to uplift underrepresented voices in aerospace. 

Her work celebrates legacy while inspiring the next generation to soar beyond expectations.
