Lyndse Costabile is an aviation industry professional, pilot, and founder of FunD Av Consulting, where she works with aviation organizations, nonprofits, and industry partners to advance fundraising, strategic partnerships, and aviation outreach initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience spanning nonprofit leadership, aviation business development, media, and philanthropy, she has helped organizations secure major partnerships and funding to support education, historic flight missions, and industry initiatives.

She also serves as interim Executive Director of the DC-3 Society, leading international programs and partnerships dedicated to preserving aviation history and honoring the legacy of the iconic Douglas DC-3.

Costabile is the lead pilot for the From Sacrifice to Soaring and Aviation Influence initiatives, which use the aircraft “Lady Liberty” as a platform for STEM and aviation outreach, mentorship, and youth engagement. These programs collaborate with organizations such as I Hart Flying Foundation to inspire and empower the next generation of STEM and aviation professionals.

She is passionate about expanding access to aviation, aerospace, and helping future pilots and aviation professionals pursue careers in flight and aerospace.
